Instant Brinjal Kondattam

Ingredients to make Instant Brinjal Kondattam

  • Thinly sliced brinjal 2
  • curd 1/4 cup
  • Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • salt as required
  • lemon juice 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1/4 tsp
  • oil for greasing

How to make Instant Brinjal Kondattam

  1. In a bowl mix together the red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and garam masala powder.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and curd to this mixture and mix well.
  3. To this mixture, add the thinly sliced brinjal pieces.
  4. Lightly grease a micro safe glass dish.
  5. Place the marinated brinjal slices in a single layer.
  6. Microwave at high temperature for 4 minutes.
  7. Then flip the sides of each brinjal slices and microwave for another 2 minutes.
  8. Just before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice and chaat masala.
