Mango pulp cooked and dried with sugar and spices and is sun dried so to keep it for a longer time..

Ingredients to make Aam papad

  • mango pulp 2 cups
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • chilli flakes 1 tablespoon
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper powder or crushed 1/2 tsp
  • some oil for greasing

How to make Aam papad

  1. in a non stick pan cook the mango pulp and sugar
  2. continuously stir it and cook it for 7-8 mins
  3. add salt,chilli flakes and black pepper and mix well
  4. now grease the back side of two steel plate
  5. spread the mixture evenly to a thin layer
  6. sun dry it for 2-3 days
  7. cut in stripes and roll
  8. serve or keep it in an airtight container
