ABOUT Veg Chinese Balls RECIPE

Veg Chinese balls is a crispy indo Chinese starter. A choice of mixed choice vegetables combined with refined flour, spices and souces then deep fry them. It is a perfect snack for kids party or get to gather.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Peeled, Washed and grated potatoes 3-4
  2. Peeled washed and grated carrots two
  3. One capsicum cut in julians
  4. Refined flour four tablespoons
  5. Corn starch two tablespoons
  6. Bread crumbs one cup
  7. Salt according to taste
  8. Black pepper half teaspoon
  9. Corriander leaves hand full
  10. Shejwan souce two tablespoons
  11. Oil for frying two cup
  12. Chat masala one tea spoon
  13. Mix herbs one tea spoon


  1. Heat one tablespoon oil in a pan.
  2. Add patatoes, carrots and capsicum in it and saute for two minutes.
  3. Add refined flour in it. Mix well and soute for 5 minutes .
  4. Switch off the flame and let it cool down.
  5. Add salt and pepper, bread crumbs, chat masala, mix herbs, Corriander leaves and shejwan souce in it. Mix well.
  6. Divide the mixture in equal parts and roll it in to a round shape.
  7. Deep fry these balls until golden and crispy.
  8. Drain out on absorbent paper.
  9. Sprinkle chat masala on it.
  10. Serve hot
