Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. fresh coconut-1/2 cup chopped
  2. garlic -1 clove
  3. Salt-as to your taste
  4. green chilli -1 or 2
  5. Water as needed
  6. for tadka - Oil-1/2 tbsp
  7. Mustard seeds ( Rai)-1/4 tsp
  8. curry leaves -3 to 4

Instructions

  1. 1. Blend all the ingredients very well
  2. 2. Heat a pan with oil on a low flame
  3. 3. Add Mustad seeds, Curry leaves
  4. 4.Sauté until the leaves turn crisp
  5. 5. Pour this over the chutney
