  1. Suji
  2. Malaai
  3. Milk
  4. Soanf powder
  5. Elaichi powder
  6. Daal chinii powder
  7. Baking soda
  8. Sugar for syrup
  9. Elaichi beads

Instructions

  1. take One Katori of Suji
  2. half Katori of Malayi
  3. Take 1 cup of milk
  4. mixer it well
  5. Make a thick paste Leave this beter for 1/2 hour if there is reduction of milk add more milk to it
  6. Now put this paste as your pura...and fry it till.it browns.. Now make the sugar syrup add some ealichi beads into it to make this taste full.
  7. Serve hot with rabdi Enjoy your monsoon season
