Babycorn in creamy buttery sauce . Prepared in just few minutes with less ingredients.

Buttery sauce babycorn

Ingredients to make Buttery sauce babycorn

  • 1 packet babycorn
  • 2 tbsp + extra butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp chilly
  • 1/2 tsp crushed pepper
  • 1/2 chilly flakes
  • 1/2 salt
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Chopped green, yellow and red bell pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sugar

How to make Buttery sauce babycorn

  1. Boil the babycorn for 5 minutes. Meanwhile chopped the vegetables.
  2. Heat butter in a pan.
  3. Add chopped garlic and chillies. Saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add all vegetables along with boiled babycorn.
  5. Add salt, pepper and chilli flakes and mix it.
  6. Add flour in the 1-2 minutes cooked vegetables , mix and fry another 2 minutes.
  7. Add milk in the vegetables and continueslly stir it . So that could not form any lump.
  8. Stop the gas when sauce is become thick with adding of sugar ( optional)
  9. Put one dollop of butter on the top and serve with bread / dinner rolls
