  • 1 spoon ginger Chilli paste
  • 3/4 spoon salt
  • 2 spoon clarified butter
  • 1/4 spoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  • 1/8 spoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 spoon garam masala
  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  • 1 spoon butter
  • 2 spoon Amul cream
  • 2 cloves
  • 1/4 cup milk cream
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 spoon tomato sauce

How to make no onion garlic kadai paneer

  1. Cut cottage cheese as per your choice
  2. Heat clarified butter in a wok and add whole spices,ginger chilli paste
  3. Add tomato puree and stir for 3-4 minutes
  4. Add sauce and milk cream
  5. Stir until it leaves oil
  6. Add butter,milk and cottage cheese
  7. Cook for 3-4 minutes
