Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 8-10 lady finger
  2. 2 tbsp gram flour
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/2 tbsp termuric pd
  5. 1/2 tbsp cumin pd
  6. 1/2 coriander pd
  7. 1/2 tbsp red chilli pd
  8. A pinch hing
  9. 1/2 tbsp aamchur pd.
  10. oil
  11. Coriander leafs


  1. Wash and cut lady fingers into 2 parts.
  2. In a bowl add chopped fingers, add salt, cumin pd, coriander pd,red chilli pd and mix well.
  3. Now heat a pan add oil , hing and panch foran then add gram flour, terrific pd and fry until nice aroma comes out.
  4. Then add chopped fingers and fry in medium flame.
  5. It takes 15 minutes time to cook. Then garnish with chopped coriander leafs
  6. Now besani bhindi is ready to serve.
