This is a traditional lost recipe from west bengal .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong daal 100g
  2. Prawn 150g
  3. Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
  4. Chillies 3-4pcs
  5. Shredded coconut 2-3tbsp
  6. Onion chopped 1 midium
  7. Onion paste 2tbsp
  8. Salt as required
  9. Cumin powder 1tbsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1tbsp
  11. Oil 4-5tbsp
  12. Banana leaves 1pc
  13. Rice flour 2-3tbsp
  14. Sugar to taste
  15. Coriander leaves handfuls

Instructions

  1. Mix all this ingredients except rice flour.
  2. Blend it in a blender.
  3. Add salt , rice flour, and mustard oil.
  4. Now take a banana leaf, put some mixture inside it and fold it like a parcel.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, fry the parcel both side.
  6. Take out from pan.open it and served it with white rice.
