This is an authentic bengali dish from west bengal.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong daal 100g
  2. Prawn 150g
  3. Shredded coconut 2tbsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1tsp
  6. Cumin powder 1tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Onion chopped midium 1size
  9. Onion paste 2tbsp
  10. Coriander leaves handfuls
  11. Rice flour 2tbsp
  12. Banana leaves 1
  13. Mustard oil 4-5spoons
  14. Green chilli 2-3
  15. Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients except rice flour and mustard oil.
  2. Blend it in a blender.
  3. Now add mustard oil and rice flour.
  4. Take a banana leaf.put some mixture inside it and fold it like a parcel .
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry it in both side.
  6. Take out from the pan , open it and serve it with hot white rice.
