  • Chopped coriander leaves a handful
  • 2-3 tbsp cornflour dry
  • Grated cheese 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder according to taste
  • 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  • oil for frying

How to make Cheese Corn Balls

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil and cornflour. Make round balls of the mixture.
  2. Heat oil in a pan meanwhile. Roll the prepared round balls over dry cornflour.

My Tip:

Always fry on medium heat and do not put all the balls together. The potatoes should not have moisture in it.
