ABOUT Corn Cheese Balls RECIPE

Crunchy, yummy and soft balls.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup boiled and mashed corns
  2. 1 cup boiled n mashed potatoes
  3. 1 cup mashed paneer /cottage cheese
  4. 2 tbsp corn flour
  5. 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  6. 1 tbsp chopped coriender leaves
  7. 1 tbsp vinger chilli paste
  8. Salt ,
  9. Red chilli powder as per taste
  10. Garam masala powder as per taste
  11. Chat masala as per taste
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients with the dry masala and make the dough.
  2. Divide the dough in to equal parts.
  3. Make balls and deep fry in hot oil.
  4. Take them out on the kitchen paper.
  5. Serve them with sauce or chutney.

how much time nd whistles are required to boil corn kernels ? I have tried 2 times, but still they remained hard. First time I cooked in Microwave for 3 minutes .Second time I cooked in Pressure Cooker giving 4 whistles on low flame after the 1st. whistle on high flame.Plz. suggest what should I do ?
