Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 1/2 cup milk
  2. 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  3. 1 cup chopped capsicum
  4. 1/2 cup boiled and crushed sweet corn
  5. 1 cup boiled corn kennels
  6. 4-5 grated processed cheese
  7. 3-4 medium sized green chillies chopped
  8. 1 cup coriander leaves
  9. 1/2 cup parsley
  10. 1 tbsp salt
  11. 1/2 tsp black paper
  12. 1 tsp Oregano
  13. Oil as required
  14. 1 cup all propose flour slurry
  15. 1 cup dry all purpose flour
  16. 1 cup fresh bread crumbs


  1. In a large getting pan add the milk and let it be boil for 3 minutes.
  2. Add half a cup of all purpose flour and mix it well.
  3. Add chopped capsicum, crushed and boiled corn, corn kennels, green chillies, coriander leaves, parsley and mix it well.
  4. Add salt, pepper and oregano. Mix it again.
  5. Again 1 tbsp of all propose flour and mix it to make a thick consistency paste.
  6. Remove the pan from the heat and let it be cool down to room temperature.
  7. Once it is cool enough, wet your palms and make same sized balls from it.
  8. Dip the balls first in dry all purpose flour then all purpose flour slurry and then into the breadcrumbs to get an even coat.
  9. Prepare all the balls likewise and deep fry all the balls and serve it hot with tomato sauce and green chutney.
