Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. black Dal 2 cups
  2. chana dal 2 tablespoon
  3. Rajma 2 tablespoon
  4. oil 2 teaspoon
  5. water 7 cups
  6. Beaten Curd 5 tablespoon
  7. Ginger slices one tablespoon
  8. tomato 4 boiled and chopped
  9. Degi mirch one teaspoon
  10. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  11. Clove powder 1/4 tsp
  12. Cinamon powder 1/4 tsp
  13. Butter 4 tbsp
  14. Cream 2 tbsp
  15. Salt -2 tsp
  16. Ginger garlic paste -2 tsp
  17. Kashmiri mirch -2

Instructions

  1. For dal
  2. Put black dal, channa dal, rajma, oil 1 tsp, ginger garlic paste 2 tsp, green chilli, kashmiri mirch , salt and water in a cooker
  3. Cook till 4 whistles
  4. Check if done, if not cook till done
  5. Add curd and let it cook on sim gas
  6. Add water if needed
  7. For making takda
  8. In a pan add oil and fry the ginger
  9. Remove from heat and add degi mirch
  10. Add tomatos , cover and cook till oil separates
  11. Add garam masala, clove powder, cinamon powder and mix well
  12. Add this tadka to dal
  13. If dal is thick add water and cook for 5-7 min
  14. Taste and balance
  15. In last boil add cream
  16. Serve with naan
