Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bajra flour 1 cup
  2. Rice flour 1 tbsp
  3. Finely chopped Vegetables of choice 1/2 cup
  4. Crushed garlic 1 or 2 pods
  5. salt as per taste
  6. Chilly powder as per taste
  7. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Cooking soda a pinch
  9. Curd 1 tbsp
  10. Water as needed
  11. Oil for frying


  1. Mix all d ingredients in a bowl except water and oil for frying
  2. Add water little by little to make a dough
  3. Take little oil on palm, make small balls and flatten them
  4. Heat oil in kadhai and slide d pakoras in it
  5. Fry on medium flame till it swells up
  6. Keep turning in between for even cooking
  7. Once done take out and serve with green chutney
