Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mushroom 1/2 kg
  2. 5g crushed red chilli
  3. 5g white pepper powder
  4. 5g chinese salt
  5. 5g sugar
  6. 5g cumin powder
  7. 500 g tomato ketchup
  8. 10g cornflour
  9. 15ml oil
  10. 5ml vinegar
  11. 1/2 tbsp red chilli sauce
  12. 2.5g ginger
  13. 2.5 g garlic
  14. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  15. 1/2 cup capsicum

Instructions

  1. Take a big sauce pan and heat the oil in it.
  2. Then add ginger, garlic and cumin in it and fry them slightly.
  3. Now add mushroom to it along with red chillies, white pepper, salt , sugar and Chinese salt .
  4. Cook for 3-4 mins until mushroom changes its colour.
  5. Then add lemon juice, red chilli sauce , tomato sauce.Let it simmer gently for a while.
  6. Now make cornflour paste and add it to the mushroom.
  7. Simmer until gravy thickens.
  8. Serve hot with rice.
