ABOUT Mushroom Manchurian RECIPE

This recipe is very yummy. Spring onion enhanced the flavors of this yummy dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushroom 200 g
  2. Maida 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Spring onion- 6 , chopped with stem
  5. Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped
  8. Garlic 1 tbsp chopped
  9. Capsicum 1 chopped
  10. Ketchup 2 tbsp
  11. Vinegar 1/2 tbsp
  12. 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add water and salt to maida in a bowl and make a thin paste.
  3. Dip mushroom in maida mixture and deep fry until golden brown
  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan , add garlic and saute for 1 minute.
  5. Add capsicum, spring onion and saute for 2 minutes.
  6. Then add ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar and mix well.
  7. Add fried mushrooms and mix.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot
