Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Kulath daal...1 cup
  2. Mashed potatoes....1 table spoon
  3. Ginger 1 inch piece
  4. Salt and green chillies to taste
  5. Mango powder...1 tea spoon
  6. Ajwain ...1 tea spoon
  7. Wheat flour...1 cup
  8. Ghee or oil as required for making paranthas

Instructions

  1. Knead wheat flour flour with little salt and half of ajwain
  2. Cook daal in cooker to 3 or 4 whistles.
  3. Drain excess water and blend daal with salt and all the masalas, and mix mashed potatoes also
  4. Add chopped green chillies to the stuffing.
  5. Stuffing is ready
  6. Make a ball from wheat flour, flatten it and fill a spoonful of stuffing, gather all the sides and roll into a chapati
  7. Heat tawa and make parantha using ghee or oil as per your taste buds
  8. Enjoy
