Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hard boiled eggs 3
  2. Whole eggs 2
  3. ghee 3 tablespoons
  4. oil 2 tablespoons
  5. Green chilly 1
  6. Grated ginger 1/2 teaspoon
  7. onion 3 medium finely chopped
  8. tomato medium 2 finely chopped
  9. turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Roasted cumin powder 3/4 teaspoon
  13. Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  14. cilantros finely chopped fistful
  15. water 1/4 cup
  16. salt as required
  17. Kashmiri red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan .
  2. Add the finely chopped onions and sauté .
  3. Add chilly and grated ginger . Sauté till raw smell leaves .
  4. Add the finely chopped tomato and sauté till soft .
  5. Add turmeric powder and other dry powders one by one .
  6. Stir all . Combine and cook until masala consistency .
  7. Add 3 boiled eggs and mash with with a masher .
  8. Add 1/2 the salt .
  9. Sprinkle water and cook to a Bhaji consistency .
  10. Make wells and pour eggs .
  11. Mix completely and cook .
  12. Sprinkle water and add remaining salt .
  13. Cover and cook for 5 minutes .
  14. Then open and cook in high heat to adjust consistency and drain extra liquid .
  15. Garnish with chopped cilantros .
  16. Egg Kheema Ghotala is ready .
  17. Serve hot with breads / rice .
