Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg Vafla flour (a rough graded wheat flour)
  2. 1/2 cup curd
  3. 1/3 spoon sodium bicarbonate
  4. SaLt as per test
  5. 3-4 spoon oil
  6. Luke warm water
  7. 1/2 spoon turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Firstly mix all ingredients and mix well,
  2. Kneed with Luke warm water and make round shape ball, press in middle
  3. Put 2 liter water on high flame.. When water become to start boil, add ready vafla balls
  4. After 15-20 min all vaflas comes on top of water surface after boiled remove these from water
  5. Now bake all vaflas in oven for 15-20 min.
  6. Break vafla in two or three parts and dip in hot ghee
  7. Serve vafla with masala fry Dal. With extra ghee
