Very easy to make...lots of layered lachha parantha.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Leftover boiled rice 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1 & 1/2 cup
  3. Semolina 1 tsp
  4. All purpose flour 1 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil 1 tsp
  7. Clarified butter for parantha

Instructions

  1. First , make paste of boiled rice
  2. In a mixing bowl add boiled rice paste,wheat flour ,all purpose flour & salt
  3. Add some water & kneed a smooth dough
  4. Then add 1 tsp oil & kneed again & rest for 15 mins
  5. After 15 mins kneed again the dough lightly & take small portion of the dough
  6. & roll a thin chapati/roti & apply some ghee on chapati
  7. Cut a strip on chapati using pizza cutter
  8. After that collect all the strips with using of knife
  9. Apply some ghee on the role & make a knot, & make small ball
  10. Make a round shape of chapati with using palms
  11. Heat a tawa & place the lachha parantha
  12. Cook both sides of paratha,with applying with ghee
  13. When it's done serve with curry/ pickle/ curd..
