ABOUT Bread paniyaram RECIPE

A healthy version of paniyaram made from leftover bread. Its too simple to make.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Leftover bread slices 4
  2. Chopped onion 2tbs
  3. Chopped tomato 1tbs
  4. Chopped capsicum 2tbs
  5. Boiled corn 1tbs
  6. Grated carrot 1tbs
  7. Grated mozerella cheese 2tbs
  8. Curd 2tbs
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Crushed pepper a pinch
  11. Oregano 1/4tsp
  12. Chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  13. Oil 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut the sides of bread
  2. Mix curd, salt a little , crushed pepper and knead a little to make a smooth dough.
  3. Mix all chopped vegetables along with cheese, salt, oregano and chilli flakes.
  4. Now make balls of bread dough, flat a little and stuff some into this
  5. Using both palm smooth the ball.
  6. Now heat appe or paniyaram pan and drop one drop oil to each place.
  7. Now place balls into this and let it cook from both sides.
  8. Do the same with all balls.
  9. Serve hot with ketch up or chutney of your choice.
