Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover dosa batter
  2. Leftover potato masal
  3. Salt
  4. Chilli Powder 1/4 tablespoon
  5. Paneer
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Cumin seeds
  8. Ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp


  1. Heat oil in a pan add add cumin seeds ginger garlic paste chopped onion and saute it
  2. Add chilli powder , chopped paneer and potato masala and mix well
  3. Add little water and cook for two minutes
  4. Add coriander leaves and switch off the flame
  5. Pour dosa batter in dosa Tawa and Sprinkle some oil and flip it
  6. Stuff the potato masal inside the dosa and roll it
