ABOUT Chinese poha made from left over poha RECIPE

Chinese poha....made up from regular peanut poha by adding tomato sauce, vinegar, soya sauce and capsicum

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over poha...2 bowls
  2. Capsicum chopped...1 bowl
  3. Potato boiled and chopped...1 bowl
  4. Tomato sauce...1 tea spoon
  5. Soya sauce...1 tea spoon
  6. Vinegar...1/2 tea spoon
  7. Oil...1 tea spoon
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Put oil in a non stick pan, add capsicum and potato, salt and saute on high flame and mix nicely
  2. Now add cooked poha and add both the sauces and vinegar and stir vigorously
  3. Enjoy left over poha in a fresh avtar. Nobody could be known that this a makeover
