ABOUT Fasting potato vadas RECIPE

I have made vadas with left over potato sabji made for fasting.I used Singhara flour for cover

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over fasting potato sabji 2bowl
  2. Shingadha flour 1.5bowl
  3. Red chili powder or green chilli paste 1tsp
  4. Cumin seeds powder 1/2tsp
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Ground nut Oil or ghee for frying 200 gram

Instructions

  1. First take dhingara flour ,add salt ,red chili powder,hot oil or ghee 1tsp,mix well
  2. Add lukewarm water and make batter for vadas make balls from left over potato sabji
  3. Dip the sabji balls in batter and make vadas in hot oil or ghee.fry on medium and then low flame
  4. Fry neatly from both the sides
  5. Serv hot
