Zunaka is a traditional recipe from Maharshtra. It is made by soaked and grinded chana daal.Left over zunaka is used for momos.It'S my innovative recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over zunka 1bowl
  2. Wheat flour 1 ,5 bowl
  3. Salt asper taste
  4. Chilli flakes
  5. Ajvain 1tsp
  6. Turmeric 1/2tsp
  7. Oil 2,3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour ,suji,salt , turmeric powder, hot oil 2tsp as moyan .Mix well then add lukewarm water to make hard dough
  2. Take a small ball and spread it with finger and stuff zunka init.Make all the momos stuffed
  3. Now heat water in kadahi ,put stand ,grease the sieve with oil.Place momos on sieve and steam for 15 minutes
  4. Serv hot with sauce or chutney with chilli flakes It can be eaten as break fast . Zunka is there so no need of anything
