Suran (yam) ke Kebabs

Ingredients to make Suran (yam) ke Kebabs

  • 1 big yam chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 slab panneer
  • 1tbsp cornflour
  • 4 to 5 green chillies chopped
  • 3 tbsp coriander
  • oil for frying

How to make Suran (yam) ke Kebabs

  1. Pressure cook the chopped yam. When cool, take a bowl, add yam mash it nicely.
  2. Then add mashed paneer, salt, green chillies, cornflour, coriander, mix well.
  3. Then give it shape of kebabs and refrigerate it.
  4. Then later deep fry or shallow fry it.
