Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Urad chilka daal...1/2 bowl
  2. Left over raj maa ...1 bowl
  3. Salt and green chillies to taste
  4. Desi ghee...1 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Soak urad chilka daal for 20 minutes
  2. Put this urad chilka daal in cooker with 2 cups or more water with little salt and chopped green chillies
  3. Give pressure cooking for 5 or 6 whistles
  4. Let it cool down on it's own
  5. Open the pressure cooker and add cooked Raj maa and give 5 or 6 whistles cooking more
  6. Your new avatar to your left over is ready to be served
  7. As left over Raj maa is carrying all the tomatoes and all masala, you don't need to put any more, only add Desi ghee or butter and little salt and green chillies to enhance it's taste
