Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 -5 medium size potatoes
  2. Gram flour 2 cups
  3. 1 table spoon whole cumin
  4. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  5. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 teaspoon green chill paste
  8. Oil for Deep frying
  9. Juice of 1 lemon
  10. Handful of chopped coriander (optional)
  11. Water for making thick paste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except potatoes.
  2. Make a thick paste like batter.
  3. Cut potatoes in thin round slices.
  4. Mix it with batter.
  5. Deep fry the batter coated potato pieces. Drain the oil on a kitchen paper.
