Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup leftover daal (cooked)
  2. 2cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1/2tsp jeera
  4. Small piece of ginger chopped
  5. 1small onion chopped
  6. 2green chillies finely chopped
  7. coriander leaves finely chopped
  8. Salt, red chilli powder and garam masala as per taste
  9. oil for saute

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Add enough water to make dough of rolling consistency.
  3. Cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Make Small balls and roll them like parathas. Make small balls and roll them like parthas.
  5. Cook them on a tawa with oil both sides.
  6. Serve paratha with pickle.
