Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. For base of cheese cake
  2. 10 digestive biscuirs
  3. 2 tbsp melted butter
  4. 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
  5. 6 cashews
  6. For cheese cake
  7. 8 kaju katli
  8. 20 rasbhari
  9. 1/2 cup amul fresh cream
  10. 2 tsp agar agar
  11. 1/2 cup Milk
  12. 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  13. 150 gms cream cheese
  14. 1 cup whipped cream
  15. Few pistaschios for garnishing

Instructions

  1. For base of cheese cake in a mixer add all ingredients and mix
  2. Take a 6 inch greased round ring to set cake
  3. Set it on a cake board
  4. Now spread biscuit mixture on cake board inside ring yo form base.
  5. Keep it in refrigerator to set for 30 mins to set.
  6. Now for topping crumble kaju katli
  7. Cook with fresh cream to form paste.
  8. Add milk and agar agar to it
  9. Sieve this mix to avoid lumps
  10. For cream cheese cake topping beat cream cheese sugar in a.bowl.
  11. To this.add kaju katli mixture and mix well
  12. Now fold whip cream in this mixture .
  13. On chilled base spread cream cheese mix
  14. Now.arrange rasbhari on it
  15. Now cover with remaining cream. Cheese mix
  16. Cover with cling wrap and chill in.fridge for.atleast 6 hrs
  17. After 6 hrs remove ring.
  18. Slice and top.with some.whip cream .
  19. Garnish with some pistaschios and serve
