Paneer stuffed shimla mirch in tomato gravy

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Shimla mirch 8pcs slit and deseeded
  2. Tomato big 2 finely chopped
  3. Paneer 1 cup
  4. Onion big 1 finely chopped
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  6. Saunf 1/2tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Jaggery to taste
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  10. Red chilly powder 1/2tsp
  11. Ghee 4tsp


  1. Heat 1tsp oil
  2. Add half onion and cook
  3. Crush the paneer and add
  4. Add salt, chilly powder and jaggery
  5. Sprinkle chaat masala
  6. Stuff the mirchi with the paneer
  7. Shallow fry the stuffed mirchi carefully
  8. In the rest of the ghee add saif and rest of the onion
  9. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato and cook
  10. Add rest of the dry masala and the seasoning
  11. Add acup of water
  12. When it comes to boil add the mirchis and let it cook for a minute
  13. Serve
