  1. Hara matar 1/4 kg
  2. Cheese 40gms
  3. Tomatoes 1/4 kg
  4. Onions 2 peal chopped
  5. Soaked badam half cup
  6. 2 bay leaves
  7. 3 cloves
  8. 1 marati flower
  9. 2 cardoms
  10. 2 cinnamon pieces
  11. Kasturi mathi 1tsp
  12. Butter 20 gms
  13. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. 2 tsp oil
  16. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  17. Cumin seed powder 1 tsp
  18. Daniya powder 1 tsp
  19. Jeera powder 1 tsp
  20. Turmeric powder half tsp
  21. Coconut pieces 1/4 cup
  22. Coriander half cup
  23. Besin half cup


  1. Heat the pan add butter
  2. Add all hole masalas with bay leaf
  3. Add onions,once onion turns colour add tomatoes
  4. Keep statue this tomato mixture add badam,coconut
  5. Mean while take matar
  6. Those matar transfer to blender make as soft paste
  7. Add all spices on to matar paste keep cook add 1 tsp besin until should thick
  8. Keep mix up leave for chill ..take cheese
  9. Grate the cheese onto plate add salt,
  10. Take a matar doe make small cup shape
  11. Then cheese it stuff inside make a small ball
  12. Matar and cheese make as kottha
  13. Close nicely heat the pongada pan add oil
  14. Place koftas fri medium flame as roasted
  15. Koftas are ready..
  16. Heat the pan add 2cubes butter
  17. Stir the curry then have to add seasoning on tomato gravy
  18. Once gravy is binds flavours and forms nice texture
  19. Take a serving plate pour tomato gravy place hara matar cheese koftas on it
  20. Ready to serve
