Chicken Kheema Pie

Ingredients to make Chicken Kheema Pie

  • 300 grams chicken kheema (Godrej Real Food)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 big onion
  • 2 tspn ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp corriander powder
  • 50 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • Few sprigs coriander leaves

How to make Chicken Kheema Pie

  1. Wash and pressure cook chicken kheema with salt and 1 tsp garam masala for 10 minutes, with 1 glass water.
  2. Remove, cool and add all powdered spices mentioned.
  3. To this add finely chopped onions.
  4. Now add the eggs.
  5. Mix the entire ingredients well and add chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Heat oil in a medium sized non stick fry pan and slowly add the mix, spread well and allow it to set.
  7. Cover and cook on slow flame for 15 minutes.
  8. Check if it has set and grate cheese on top sparingly.
  9. Cover till served.
  10. Remove slowly in a flat plate and make pieces as per choice.
