ABOUT Pomfret fry RECIPE

I could grab good pomfrets while in fish market last week. I personally prefer a fish fry rather than curry for the big catch. This recipie of pomfret fry is a typical costal preparation where we marinate, coat with semolina and shallow fry. On beach side shacks you will get this delicacy fried in a lot of oil. However, here I have used just essential amount necessary to cook the fish. The choice depends on the cook.
