Simplest masalas make the tastiest fish fries.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pomfret - 2 large
  2. Tandoori masala - 3 tbsps(secret ingredient)
  3. Turmeric - 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Salt
  6. Lemon - 1/2
  7. Coriander - 3 tbsps
  8. oil

Instructions

  1. Make slits on the pomfrets
  2. Apply lemon and salt
  3. Rub all the masalas nicely
  4. Leave for some time
  5. Take a flat pan. Add 2 tbsps of oil and place the fish
  6. Fry on high for a minute. Now lower the flame, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Turn the fish. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Repeat same with the other fish too.
  9. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
