Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For puri
  2. 1 cup suji
  3. 1/4 cup maida
  4. 1/2 tea spoon salt
  5. Luke warm water
  6. For pani
  7. 1/2 Gaddi green coriander leaves
  8. 1/4th pudina leaves
  9. 1 ginger
  10. 3-4 green chillies
  11. 1/4th tea spoon black salt
  12. 1/4th tea spoon black pepper powder
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. 1/2 cup imli saunth
  15. 1 tea spoon chat masala
  16. For masala
  17. 2 mashed boiled potatoes
  18. Chat masala

Instructions

  1. For puri
  2. Knead the dough it should be soft
  3. Cover it with wet cloth for 15 minutes
  4. Again knead aftr 15 minutes
  5. Take two Portion and make big round
  6. Make small rounds from it
  7. Fry on medium flame
  8. For Pani
  9. Mix all the ingredients in d mixer
  10. Filter the paste
  11. Add water into it and check the spices
  12. If u want more spices u can add more
  13. For masala
  14. Make masala by taking 2 boiled potatoes mash it add chat masala and salt
