ABOUT Pani Puri ka Pani RECIPE

Pani puri or Golgappa or Puchka or Gupchup ~ It has various names, depending on the region. This is the most popular Indian street food and loved by everyone whether kids or adults.  This spicy and flavorful water is the second most important part of Indian street side snack (chaat) pani puri. Lets began with our recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl - Fresh Mint Leaves
  2. 1 n 1/2 bowl - Fresh Coriander Leaves
  3. 2 - Green Chillies (adjust as per your preference)
  4. 1 inch Piece - Ginger
  5. 1 - Lemon Juice (2-3 tbsp)
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp - Black Pepper
  8. 3 tsp - Pani Puri Masala
  9. 1/4 cup - Water for grinding
  10. 1 litre - Water for Pani Puri ka Pani

Instructions

  1. For Pani Puri ka Pani, following are the ingredients::point_down:
  2. Let's first grind the mint leaves into fine paste. And pour this paste in a big bowl.
  3. In the same jar, now add coriander leaves, chillies, ginger, lime juice & start grinding it.
  4. 1st batch of coriander paste. Pour this in mint paste
  5. 2nd batch. Add this too in mint paste.
  6. Add SALT as per taste.
  7. Now add 1tsp black pepper (oops.. I forgot to mention previously:grimacing:)
  8. Add Pani Puri Masala & Mix.
  9. Mix everything properly before adding water.
  10. Now add water (I taken 1 litre of water)
  11. Now mix this Pani thoroughly till salt dissolve into it.
  12. Strain this Pani & extract the mint & coriander mix pulp & keep it aside.
  13. You can use the pulp as spicy chutney.
  14. The PANI PURI KA PANI IS NOW READY. KEEP THIS ASIDE FOR ATLEAST AN HOUR TO ENHANCE ITS FLAVOURS.
