Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Fresh Green chilli 500 gm without stem
  2. Garlic 50 gm peeled
  3. Jaggery 100g
  4. Juice of 2 lemmon
  5. 2 tbsp panchforan (mixture of mustard cumin fenugreek nigella seeds & fennel seeds)
  6. 2 tbsp oil


  1. Add chhili & garlice to a mixture jar & grind it (do not grind properly)
  2. Heat a pan dry roast the panchforan till it light brown
  3. Cool the panchfuran & make powder
  4. Heat oil in the pan add jaggery cook till it became sticky
  5. Add chhili garlic paste to it and saute for 5 minutes till the moisture absorbs
  6. Then add lemmon juice & salt
  7. At last add panchforan powder mix well & off the gas
  8. Let it cool & store in a dry n clean glass container
  9. Serve with rice / chapati
