Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Fish 500 g
  2. Oil 100 g
  3. Tomato 250 g
  4. Green chilli 10 nos
  5. Chilli powder 2 tbs
  6. Cumin powder 1 1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Gingergarlic paste 1 tbs
  9. Mustard and fennel seeds, curry leaves and dry chilli as required
  10. Kaskas paste 1 tbs
  11. Onion 1

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish and add gingergarlic paste, salt and chilli powder and marinate it for 1 hour
  2. Place a pot in stove add oil, fennel seed curry leaves dry chilli, onions sotey it for 5 min after that add gingergarlic paste, chilli powder, add tomato and salt sotey it for 10 min finally add green chilli.
  3. Add some water, turmeric powder, 1 tbs kaskas paste and cumin powder. boil in medium flame for 10 minutes.
  4. After boiling add the fish and cook for 5 minutes
  5. After the fish cooked add coriander leaves
  6. Tomato fish sebian is ready to serve
