Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Red chillies....250 gramms
  2. Vinegar....1/2 cup
  3. Jaggery...50 gramms or to taste
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Cumin seeds....1 tea spoon
  6. Mustard seeds....1 tea spoon
  7. Mustard oil....1 table spoon
  8. Tamarind paste....1 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Cut red chillies into roundals
  2. Soak jaggery in vinegar
  3. Heat mustard oil to smoking point, switch off the gas
  4. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and keep the woke again on flame, add red chillies, jaggery soaked vinegar and tamarind paste, salt and any other masala using
  5. Switch off the gas, let it cool down and transfer to a jar and keep as it is for a week or so, so that all masalas flavours infuse in the achaar
  6. Enjoy
