Stuffed bread buns

Ingredients to make Stuffed bread buns

  • 1 1/2 spoon yeast
  • Half cup warm water
  • 2 cups and little more all purpose flour
  • One spoon sugar
  • butter
  • salt
  • Half spoon cumin
  • Half cup milk as per need
  • olive oil
  • Two potatoes
  • One sliced onion
  • Half cup grated paneer
  • red chilly 1/4spoon
  • Half spoon coriander powder
  • Half spoon- turmeric powder

How to make Stuffed bread buns

  1. Mix yeast warm water sugar and keep for ten minutes.
  2. When yeast become frothy add all purpose flour pinch of salt, butter and make a smooth dough if you feel it's sticky, add little more flour and cover with a plastic film nd keep it warm place for two hours.
  3. After two hours the dough will rise till double.
  4. Punch the dough and kneed again with some milk.
  5. Make potato mixture.
  6. Take a pan put oil and heat put cumin, onion slice, turmeric powder, salt, red chilly, coriander powder, green chilly, coriander leaves and mashed potatoes.
  7. Flatten the dough with the help of roller pin and make a big thick chapati.
  8. Fill the mixture of pototo and roll the chapati carefully.
  9. Cut three inches pieces with the help of thread or knife.
  10. Brush with oil or butter.
  11. Bake it in a wok for 40 mintues.
  12. Your yummmmy stuffed buns ready.

My Tip:

Bake it over low flame.
