Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. for Balls
  2. 250 gram cottage cheese
  3. 2 Cup chopped spinach
  4. one and half cup besan
  5. half teaspoon Garam Masala
  6. one and half teaspoon salt
  7. One fourth teaspoon turmeric powder
  8. half teaspoon chili powder
  9. Oil for deep fry
  10. for gravy
  11. for Big tomatoes
  12. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  13. one teaspoon red chilli powder
  14. salt to taste
  15. half teaspoon garam masala powder
  16. one small size finally chopped onion
  17. 7-8 garlic cloves paste
  18. one fourth teaspoon turmeric powder
  19. 1/4 spoon ajwain
  20. one fourth teaspoon Hing
  21. coriander leaves finally chopped
  22. 7-8 curry leaves
  23. Half teaspoon kasuri methi
  24. 4-5 Cup water for boiling u tomatoes
  25. 2 tbsp oil
  26. one tablespoon fresh cream

Instructions

  1. Heat 2tbsp oil and add chopped Palak
  2. Cook the Palak and grind it in a mixer grinder
  3. add red chilli powder, jeera powder, Garam Masala,and baking soda in the besan
  4. Crumble the Paneer add salt and Garam Masala in it .
  5. Now make balls of the Paneer
  6. make a circular Roti of palak dough and enclose the Paneer ball in it
  7. heat the oil in the pan and fry the balls till golden brown
  8. For gravy slit tomatoes from the bottom
  9. boil tomatoes in the water
  10. remove the skin of the tomato
  11. grind the tomatoes to make a smooth paste
  12. heat of the oil in the Pan add Hing, curry leaves ,onion,garam masala, garlic paste and Saute it well
  13. add tomato puree in it
  14. now add one cup of water kasoori methi, red chilli powder and stir it for 5 to 10 minutes.
  15. Add all the balls and cook for 5 minutes garnish it with coriander leaves and fresh cream
