Ingredients to make Kaddu ki sabzi

  • 250 grams kaddu(pumpkin)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp rock salt
  • 1 cup water

How to make Kaddu ki sabzi

  1. TAKE YELLOW PUMPKIN
  2. REMOVE SEEDS,PEEL
  3. WASH
  4. CUT INTO PIECES
  5. TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER ADD 2 TBSP OIL AND HEAT IT
  6. ADD CUMIN SEEDS
  7. FRY FOR A MINUTE ON LOW FLAME
  8. ADD PUMPKIN PIECES AND GIVE A MIX
  9. ADD SUGAR , SALT AND MIX
  10. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER AND STIR
  11. ADD WATER
  12. COVER THE COOKER LID AND PRESSURE COOK IT FOR 4-5 WHISTLES
  13. KADDU KI SABZI IS READY
