Ingredients to make Barley kheer

  • 1 litre milk
  • 2 tsp barley
  • 2 tsp rice
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup Crushed nuts
  • 1 tsp green cardamom powder
  • Fresh coconut half cup

How to make Barley kheer

  1. Boil milk and when it comes to boiling point then add rice and barley.
  2. Continuously stir, it will reduce 1/4 and should not stick to bottom.
