Cheese Barley

Ingredients to make Cheese Barley

  • barley 1/2 cup (soaked overnight)
  • Milk 1 litre
  • sugar 1/4 tsp
  • Green cardamom 1 tsp
  • Cheese 1/2 cup
  • cashew nut paste 1/4 cup
  • Chocolate ice cream

How to make Cheese Barley

  1. Take a pan add milk and boil.
  2. Add barley stir continuously.
  3. Milk will reduce then add sugar.
  4. Add cardamom powder and cashew nut paste.
  5. Switch off the flame and add cheese. Cool down.
  6. Serve with chocolate ice cream.

My Tip:

It tastes better with chocolate ice cream.
