ABOUT Mango barley RECIPE

It is an American recipe with barley. It can improve digestion, helps weight loss, control blood sugar level, helps lower high cholestrol and provides antioxidants.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soaked barley 1 cup
  2. Milk 1 litre
  3. Sugar 2 tbsp
  4. Mango essences 1/2 tsp
  5. Mango puree 2 tbsp
  6. Mango slices

Instructions

  1. Add milk in a pan and set to boil.
  2. Once start boiling add soaked barley and reduce the heat.
  3. Stir continuously, it should not stick the bottom.
  4. Now add sugar and mango essence, again stir continuously.
  5. Now add nuts and mango puree.
  6. Now take a serving plate and garnish with mango slice.
