ABOUT Chocolate Kalakand RECIPE

Kalakand is a staple festive mithai, adding chocolate to it makes it yummilicious

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 1 ltr
  2. Vinegar 1 tsp
  3. Condense milk 3 to 4 tbsp
  4. Hershey's chocolate syrup 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take the milk and let it boil.Add 5he vinegar to it
  2. The milk will curdle
  3. Stir till the water is separated
  4. Strain the Paneer into a muslin cloth and let the water drain out.Add clear water and wash the Paneer first
  5. Take the Paneer , add the milk pwdr and the condense milk
  6. Stir everything
  7. Microwave the mixture for 10 mins in 2 mins intervals.
  8. Check every 1 or 2 min , open and stir the mixture
  9. Last 2 to 3 mins are very crucial. Do not dry the misture
  10. Divide the dough into two.Arrange white layer at the bottom of ur pan. In another half add the Hersheys chocolate syrup and mix.
  11. Arrange the chocolate layer on top of the white layer
  12. Refrigerate for 30.mins before serving
  13. Our double layer chocolatey Kalakand is ready to serve
