Ingredients to make Mango pickle

  • Raw mango cut into small pieces- 5 cups
  • salt 1 cup
  • red chilly powder 1 cup
  • mustard powder 1 cup
  • fenugreek seeds 2 tbsp
  • til oil or Gingelly oil 2 cups

How to make Mango pickle

  1. Method: Take the 5 cups of cut mangoes in a wide vessel,dry it well with a towel,add all the ingredients,mix well with a spoon.
  2. Store it in a dry jar.Every two days the jar is shaken well and then store it..

My Tip:

Can be used for a year if it is stored in a cool dry place and remember to always use a dry spoon
