Ingredients Serving: 9

  1. Maida - 2 cups
  2. Mawa - 1 cup
  3. Mix dry fruits -1/2 cup
  4. Sugars -1.5 cup or to taste
  5. Elaichi powder -1 tsp
  6. Nutmeg powder -2 pinch
  7. Saffron - 1/2 tsp
  8. Ghee 1/3 cup + frying
  9. Water 3 cups + 1/3 cup

Instructions

  1. First of all make one string sugar syrup with 3 cup water & suar
  2. Now take off the heat & add kesar ,1 pinch Elaichi powder
  3. Keep a side
  4. Now add 1/3 cup ghee in maida
  5. Knead a soft dough with the help of water
  6. Keep a side the dough
  7. Now take a pan
  8. Roast the dry fruits for 2 minutes on low heat
  9. Roughly chopped the dry fruits
  10. Now take mawa in a pan
  11. Roast mawa until the golden brown color on low heat
  12. Now take off the heat
  13. Add dry fruits, Nutmeg powder, elaichi powder & mix
  14. Stuffing is ready & take out in a bowl
  15. Now take a small part of the dough
  16. Make flat like tikki & roll out thick like small poori
  17. Now fill the stuffing & lock the edges properly
  18. Now press with hand only and give a round shape like thick poori
  19. Now deep fry into ghee on low heat for 15-20 minutes
  20. Take out the kachori
  21. Now make small whole in the kachori with your finger
  22. Drizzle some warm sugar syrup and serve
